Returns Policy

Returns
We understand if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items for store credit 30 days of the goods being delivered to you. If an item is sent back after 30 days, it will not be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

Items being returned within the specified timeframe must meet the following requirements:

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in its original condition
  • Customer should have proof of purchase
  • Item has not been damaged while in customer's possession. Signs of damage may include but are not limited to makeup stains or other marks and must be free of smell including perfumes, deodorant, cigarette smoke and detergent.
  • The original labels and tags are attached to the item

Store credit will be processed upon receipt of items. Please allow up to 7 business days your returns to be processed.

We do not offer exchanges. Once your order has been returned we recommend placing a new order for the desired item(s).

For hygiene reasons, several types of items are exempt from being returned. All sale items, bodysuits, jewellery, hair accessories, swimwear and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned. 

When returning items we strongly recommend keeping your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Faulty or damaged goods
All items are thoroughly checked before sending. In the event an item in your package is damaged upon arrival, please email to let us know within 5 days of receiving the item. After 5 days, Tuzak Fashion can no longer be responsible. 

When claiming item(s) as damaged, they must be unwashed and unworn with original labels and tags attached to the item.
