Shipping Policy

We know you'll be waiting for your order eagerly so at Tuzak we endeavor to process your order promptly.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days once placed on the website.

There may however be delays during holidays and sales as we process high volumes of orders.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to the shipping carrier if your package is missing.

Standard shipping - 3-5 business days. Delivery time may be longer for remote regions
Free on all orders over $50
Flat fee of $6 for all orders under $50

Express shipping - 1-2 business days
Flat fee of $10 for all orders

 

Canada

Standard shipping - 1-2 weeks
Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
Flat fee of $14 for standard shipping on all orders under $100

Orders may be subject to VAT and other fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Rest of the World

Shipping rates are based on your address, the weight and dimensions of the order.
International orders may be subject to VAT and other custom's fees which are not collected by Tuzak Fashion at the time of purchase.
Customers will be responsible for all taxes and fees. 
The average delivery times for International packages will vary depending on the country.
